Le Séminaire s’articule autour de trois thèmes principaux (voir pp. 3-6). Il sera accueilli par la Hanoi University of Architecture (HAU) et le Comité du Peuple de la Ville de Hanoi (Viet Nam). Les langues officielles du Séminaire sont l’anglais, l’espagnol et le français. L’interprétation sera fournie en anglais, espagnol, français et vietnamien.
